This is an experiential, hands-on training grounded in a clear theoretical foundation. Somatic-Relational Tantra weaves together somatic work, tantric principles, and relational awareness to reveal something most of us never learned: the patterns we repeat in love and connection don't live in our minds, they live in our bodies.

Over four evenings, participants journey from understanding to transformation. First we lay the foundations: how the nervous system holds our history, and how our patterns become armor in the body. Then the work becomes deeply personal and experiential: each participant meets their own armor in the body, traces it to their personal story, learns to honor and soften it, and finally arrives at the freedom and joy of being seen as they truly are. The training closes with a group somatic ritual and the awarding of diplomas.

Who Is This Training For:
For anyone who wants to understand why they repeat the same patterns in their relationships, and to transform them at the root, in the body. No previous experience in this specific work is required. It is valuable both for personal growth and for those working in wellbeing, therapy, coaching, or bodywork who want an experiential grounding in how patterns live in the body. Every body and every level of experience is welcome.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand how the nervous system and the body hold our relational patterns and personal history.
- Recognize their own armor and defenses as physical sensation in the body.
- Trace their patterns to their personal story, understanding their origin with compassion.
- Soften and begin to transform their armor through somatic, breath, movement and conscious touch practices.
- Experience the freedom and joy of showing themselves authentically, and carry tools into daily life.

Training Structure
- Day 1: The foundations: how patterns live in the body How the nervous system holds our history (window of tolerance, co-regulation). How relational patterns become armor in the body. Why the body, not the mind, is the doorway to change. Safety, consent, and first practices of inhabiting the body, including gentle first contact to begin building safety with another.
- Day 2: Meeting and honoring your armor Locating one's own armor and defenses as physical sensation in the body. Breath and activation to awaken the body. Rather than fighting the armor, we honor it: recognizing how it has protected us, understanding its function and its wisdom. Contact work that lets us feel where the armor lives in relationship, and begin to sense what lies beyond it.
- Day 3: Living beyond the armor Tracing the armor to its origin in one's personal story, with compassion. And learning tools to live beyond it, to no longer need to protect ourselves in connection: co-regulation between nervous systems, the body's yes and no, giving and receiving, and staying present and open with another without bracing. Feeling, in the body, that it is safe to soften in relationship.
- Day 4: The joy of being fully seen Softening into the plenitude and joy of being seen completely, without hiding, without fleeing. Deeper contact from this open place. Integrating the whole journey, from the armor that protected us to the freedom of showing ourselves as we truly are. A group somatic closing ritual, and the as we truly are. A group somatic closing ritual, and the awarding of diplomas.

Teaching Method:
Primarily experiential, grounded in clear theoretical foundations. Each evening weaves together brief theory and framing, guided somatic and breath practices, movement, individual embodiment work, partner and group exercises, and space for sharing and integration. Participants don't just understand their patterns intellectually, they feel and transform them in the body.

Certification:
A diploma / Certificate of Achievement in Foundations of Somatic-Relational Tantra, awarded to each participant who completes the training, presented in the closing ceremony on the final day, including the SOUH school logo.

Training Experience & Qualifications:
Esau is a sociologist and anthropologist, a transpersonal and relational guide, and a masculine coach, with training in psychotherapy, psychocorporal (body-based) work, and conscious intimacy, and he is a certified tantra teacher. For over 4 years he has facilitated group experiences, with more than 50 workshops andtrainings delivered, and he accompanies people more deeply through individual sessions (over 200 to date). He facilitates online group programs and residential retreats in Spain and Bali. Follow-Up Support for Students:
One week after the training, a 30-minute group Zoom call to see how the work has integrated, share what has shifted, and answer questions. Plus a set of simple practices and materials to continue at home, and a WhatsApp group during that period for questions and connection.
