    A 2.5 hour, practice-led workshop on making safe, clear contact with well and loving ancestors. We set strong foundations - orientation, consent, boundaries, and protection - then learn to discern well versus burdened lineage dynamics. The first guided drop in focuses on assessing one lineage with the support of wellness. The second, if appropriate, invites a benevolent ancestral guide to step forward. You will work with imagination and intuition as valid ways of knowing, use simple protocols to keep contact clean, and close with deliberate integration. This is relational work, not mediumship entertainment, and we do not contact the recently deceased.
