Tantra is a journey of uncovering your own wisdom through techniques of Meditation. It is a combination of modern tantra techniques as well as ancient practices and rituals, that are available to new and experienced to Tantra. Feel free to come with an open mind to discover something new about yourself. We will practice individually and sometimes in pairs. (No nudity or genital touch happens in these sessions). The class is a group practice from the Babaji lineage that uses the transformational power of om to activate the self-healing potential of participants. A guided experience that uses sound, rhythm, and deep relaxation to help you enter a meditative state - like a waking dream - where you can access your own healing, inner symbols, and wisdom.
