Description
A grounding journey of movement, sound, and inner balance.
Shakti Resonance is a somatic movement and sound healing experience.
We begin with gentle, intuitive flow movement inspired by bellydance to help participants reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and come out of the mind, like preparing the soil before planting something meaningful
From there, we move into a sound bath where the body can fully integrate, rest, and reset.
Benefits:
- It bridges movement and stillness:
Many people struggle to drop into stillness immediately. Movement helps them arrive in their bodies first, making the sound healing far by more effective
- It creates emotional release without force:
The combination allows for soft release, nothing is pushed. The body opens naturally, and the sound supports that process
- It’s a complete experience:
Participants leave feeling both grounded and deeply relaxed, not just calm, but also more connected to themselves
- It’s accessible to everyone
The movement is very gentle and intuitive, it’s not about performance or dance ability and anyone can participate
Who Should Avoid This Class:
The movement is gentle, and participants are always encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace
If someone has an injury, medical condition, pregnancy concerns, or sensitivity to sound, we can discuss simple modifications beforehand to ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout the experience -

Description
Connected Awareness is a group meditation class exploring what meditation really is — the art of letting go. Together we’ll look at what meditation actually points to: the practice of observing without identifying with the objects of awareness. Alex will guide the group in recognizing these objects — thoughts, feelings, sensations, etc. — and exploring how to release attachment to them.
From there, we move into connected practices where awareness meets interaction. Human connection has a way of surfacing our attachments quickly, and this class offers a space to observe that in real time, with others, and to practice letting go right in the middle of it. The result is a meditation that doesn’t end when you open your eyes — it becomes the way you meet each moment.
Benefits:
- Develop Greater Inner Awareness
- Practice Letting Go Through Human Connection
- Bring Meditation Into Everyday LifeWho Should Avoid this Class:

Description
Stop overthinking your healing. Your body already has the blueprint.
You’ve spent years analyzing the "why." You’ve done the talk therapy, the journaling, and the mindset work.
Yet, the tension remains, a physical weight in your chest, a tightness in your jaw, an unshakable buzz of anxiety in your limbs. After 17 years traversing the Himalayas and diving deep into Taoist and Tantric traditions, I discovered a singular truth: true regulation isn’t a conversation; it’s a physical discharge. From the Kalahari Bushmen to modern neurobiology, the mechanism is the same. Your nervous system doesn't need more information, but more embodiment.
This practice uses two types of somatic shaking: Dynamic Shaking, where you intentionally move your body to release tension and anxiety, and Neurogenic Shaking, where the body begins to shake naturally, helping you go deeper and release what’s stored inside.
This is a NATURAL mechanism, animals do the same to discharge stress and excess energy, whether after being still for too long or after intense moments like escaping a predator. Your body already knows how to do this.
Benefits:
- release deep muscular and fascial tension stored in the body
- calm chronic stress patterns and reduce anxiety
- regulate your nervous system and build real resilience
- support circulation and stimulate lymphatic flow
- access and release emotional charge without reliving the story
- reconnect with a grounded sense of safety and presence in your bodyWho Should Avoid This Class:
Not recommended for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric episodes or those on antipsychotic medications, unless advised by a healthcare provider. -

Description
Experience the profound synergy of intentional energy and the human spirit. Our Reiki Circle with Sound Healing is a sacred space where we use the most natural instruments available: the singing bowl and the collective human voice.
The session opens with a Reiki Circle to align the group's frequency and set a shared intention for healing. As the energy builds, the pure, sustained tone of a singing bowl creates a vibrational foundation, over which we layer vocal toning and intuitive chanting. This "vocal bath" bypasses the logical mind, allowing the combined power of Reiki and sacred sound to penetrate deep into the cellular level, harmonizing your physical and energetic bodies.
Benefits:
- Vibrational Alignment via Voice: The human voice is a unique healing tool because its vibration begins inside the body. Combining your own voice (or receiving the voices of others) with Reiki creates a powerful internal resonance that clears energetic blockages more effectively than external sounds alone.
- Harmonization of the Heart Center: Sounding in a circle promotes "heart coherence," where the heart rhythms of the participants begin to synchronize. This creates a deep sense of belonging and emotional peace.
- Deep Brainwave Entrainment: The steady drone of the singing bowl combined with vocal harmonics helps shift the brain into Alpha and Theta states—the states associated with deep meditation, heightened intuition, and self-healing.Who Should Avoid This Class:
- Individuals with Sound-Induced Epilepsy: Although the sounds are organic, certain sustained frequencies may still be a trigger for some.
- Recent Ear Surgery or Severe Tinnitus: The resonance of the singing bowl and vocal projection in a closed space may be uncomfortable for those with extreme auditory sensitivities.
- Severe Mental Health Conditions: Those experiencing active psychosis or acute trauma should consult their therapist, as vocal release and energy work can sometimes unlock deep-seated emotional responses.- Sensitivity to Group Environments: Since this involves collective vocalizing, those with extreme social anxiety or sensory processing disorders regarding voices should be aware of the immersive nature of the class.
